   올해의 할리우드 크리스마스 영화, 20세기 폭스사의 <Alvin and the Chipmunks> (한국 개봉명은 <앨빈과 슈퍼밴드>). 한때 크리스마스만 되면 여기저기서 틀어대는 통에 귀를 괴롭혔던 앨빈과 칩멍크스의 크리스마스 노래들 기억하시는지. 모든 노래와 대사를 Ross Bagdassarian 한 사람이 녹음하고 고속으로 플레이백시켜 하이피치 사운드를 만들어 '귀엽게'들리게 한 그 곡들. (그러니까 앨빈과 칩멍크스는 대중음악사상 최초로 만들어진 가상의 그룹? 이들은 무려... 1958년에 탄생되었다! )  너무 멀리서 찍어 많이 흐릿하다. Even the U.S. Senate is more progressive than Hollywood.
